Six Mazak horizontal machining centers with pallet changers run prismatic parts across multiple faces in a single fixture. Horizontals keep chips clear, hold position across long runs, and let a second pallet load while the first cuts.
What we mill
Housings, manifolds, valve bodies, flanges, brackets, plates, and fixtures in aluminum, steel, stainless, and cast iron. Bored, tapped, counterbored, and O-ring features held across four sides without re-fixturing.

Why horizontal
For a housing with features on four faces, a horizontal with a rotary pallet finishes all four in one clamping. True position between faces is set by the machine, not by an operator re-locating the part, and the results are verified on the CMM.

What is the largest part you can mill?
The FH4800 and Nexus 5000-II carry the largest pallets on the floor. Send the envelope and we confirm on the quote.
Do you do 5-axis?
Not currently. Four-axis horizontals with tombstones cover most housings and manifolds; parts needing compound angles are quoted case by case.
Can you machine castings and forgings?
Yes. Customer-supplied castings and forgings are fixtured and machined to print with first-article reports.
Do you build the fixtures?
Yes. Fixtures, tombstones, and jigs are built in the tool room so production starts with proven workholding.
